Personal Leave means leave provided for:
these Bye-Laws or “these presents” shall mean these Bye-Laws in their present form and all supplementary, amended or substituted Bye-Laws for the time being in force;
Personal Effects means personal items regularly worn or carried on the person for his/her personal use, for example clothing, watch, wallet.
Personal Law means the law of inheritance and succession as applicable to the individual Unit Holder.
Personal use means for the private use of the individual
EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;
non-personal data means data other than personal data as defined in point (1) of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.
Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;
Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.
Real Property Rights means all rights in or to real property (such as leasehold or other rights to use or access the Project Site), leases, agreements, Permits, easements, including licenses, private rights-of-way, and utility and railroad crossing rights required to be obtained or maintained by Owner in connection with construction of the Project on the Project Site, transmission of electricity to the Grid, performance of the Work, or operation of the Project.
Personal Pay means additional pay granted to an employee:
Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.
Personal Grievance means a claim of unjustifiable dismissal, unjustifiable disadvantage, discrimination, sexual or racial harassment, or duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union or employees’ organisation.
Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.
Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
Electric personal assistive mobility device means a self-balancing two-nontandem-wheeled device
Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;
Tangible Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(e).
Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
Personal assistant means a licensed or unlicensed person
Personal Computer(s) means computers based on a microprocessor generally designed to be used by one person at a time and which usually store informational data on that computer’s internal hard drive or attached peripheral. A personal computer can be found in various configurations such as laptops, net books, and desktops.
Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.
Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
