Non-Public Personal Information definition

Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.
Non-Public Personal Information shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.10.
Non-Public Personal Information is personally identifiable medical, financial, and other personal information about proposed, current and former applicants, policy owners, contract holders, insureds, annuitants, claimants, and beneficiaries of Reinsured Policies or contracts issued by the Ceding Company, and their representatives, that is not publicly available. Non-Public Personal Information does not include de-identified personal data, i.e., information that does not identify, or could not reasonably be associated with, an individual.

More Definitions of Non-Public Personal Information

Non-Public Personal Information shall include all Personally Identifiable Financial Information in any list, description or other grouping of consumers/customers, and publicly available information pertaining to them, that is derived using any Personally Identifiable Financial Information that is not publicly available, and shall further include all Non-Public Personal Information as defined by Federal regulations implementing the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, as amended from time to time, and any state statues or regulations governing this agreement.
Non-Public Personal Information means any non-public personally identifiable information concerning or relating the customers, clients, policy owners, contract holders, insureds, claimants, and beneficiaries of Reinsured Contracts, including (a) “non-public personal information” as that term is defined in the Gxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, as amended, and implementing regulations, 15 U.S.C. §6809(4) or “protected health information” as defined in 45 C.F.R. §160.103; and (b) “Personal Information” as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Cal. Civ. Code Division 3, Part 4, Title 1.81.5); provided, that information that is otherwise publicly available shall not be considered “Non-Public Personal Information”; and, provided, further, that “Non-Public Personal Information” does not include de-identified personal data, (i.e., information that does not identify, or could not reasonably be associated with, an individual).
Non-Public Personal Information means any of the following information, if not already publicly available:
Non-Public Personal Information means, for purposes of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (15 USC §§6801-6809 and 6821-6827), and implementing regulations, personally identifiable financial information provided by an individual in connection with applying for or receiving a financial product or service, unless the information is otherwise publically available.
Non-Public Personal Information shall have the meaning provided in the GLB Act including (A) an individual’s name, address, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number and/or social security number; (B) the fact that an individual has a relationship with D&B or any of its affiliates; and (C) an individual’s or D&B or its Affiliates’ customer’s account information.
Non-Public Personal Information shall for the purpose of this Contract mean financial or health information that personally identifies an individual, including claimants under Policies reinsured under this Contract, and which information is not otherwise available to the public.
