Real Property Rights definition

Real Property Rights means all rights in or to real property (such as leasehold or other rights to use or access the Project Site), leases, agreements, Permits, easements, including licenses, private rights-of-way, and utility and railroad crossing rights required to be obtained or maintained by Owner in connection with construction of the Project on the Project Site, transmission of electricity to the Grid, performance of the Work, or operation of the Project.
Real Property Rights means all real property rights and interests of HoldCo and the Subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, all options, leases, easements, land use rights, access easements, transmission line easements, rights to ingress and egress, any and all bids, grants, awards, applications, rights to negotiate, and all other rights relating to the Land.
Real Property Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Real Property Rights

Real Property Rights means all real property rights contained in the Solar Loan Agreements, if any.

Real Property Rights means, (a) those rights with respect to land to be obtained by closing on the exercised options as set forth on Exhibit 4A, as well as (b) all other rights in or to real property necessary to perform the Work and to develop, construct, complete, operate, maintain and access the Project and the Site, including those rights set forth in deeds, leases, option agreements, co-tenancy and shared facility agreements, Applicable Permits, easements, licenses, private rights-of-way agreements and crossing agreements that exist as of the Effective Date, including as set forth on Exhibit 2, or that are obtained after the Effective Date by Contractor pursuant to its obligations under Exhibit 26.
