Parity Bonds definition

Parity Bonds means bonds payable from the revenues of the System other than the Bonds but issued on a parity and equality with the Bonds pursuant to the restrictive provisions of Section 11 of this Resolution;

More Definitions of Parity Bonds

Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Parity Bonds, the Series 2020C Bonds and any Additional Bonds hereafter issued or incurred pursuant to the Bond Resolution and standing on a parity and equality with the Series 2020C Bonds with respect to the Net Revenues.
Parity Bonds means all Bonds which are currently Outstanding and any other Bonds which may be issued under the Master Resolution prior to the issuance of the Refunding Bonds.
Parity Bonds means the Bonds and any Future Parity Bonds.
