Additional Bonds definition

Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.
Additional Bonds means any bonds secured by the Revenues hereafter issued pursuant to the Bond Resolution.

  • Additional Bonds may be issued, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, on a parity with the 2023 Bonds subject to the terms and limitations of this section.

More Definitions of Additional Bonds

Additional Bonds means the additional bonds authorized to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.8 of the Indenture and any bonds issued in substitution or replacement therefor.
