Seller Employment Agreement definition

Seller Employment Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.2(x).

Seller Employment Agreement means the employment agreement, dated as of even date herewith, between VMA and the Seller in the agreed form.

Seller Employment Agreement means the Employment Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Seller, the Company and the Buyer and attached hereto as Exhibit D-1.
