The Employment Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The Employment Agreement. In all other respects the Employment Agreement is ratified and shall, as so changed by this Third Amendment, continue in full force and effect.
The Employment Agreement. Xxxxx and CME are parties to an ------------------------ "Agreement" dated April 12, 1996, and amended December 10, 1999, with a term extending through April 12, 2001 (hereinafter "Employment Agreement"). The Employment Agreement. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, the parties to this Agreement remain bound by and subject to the terms of the Employment Agreement. Wherever the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Employment Agreement, the terms of the Employment Agreement shall be without effect, and the terms of this Agreement shall govern the parties.
The Employment Agreement. The Buyer shall have received a counterpart executed copy of an employment agreement from Allax Xxxxx xxx employment with the Corporation dated as of the Closing Date satisfactory to the Buyer (the "Employment Agreement").
