Other Indentures means the [A] Trust Indenture and Security Agreement and the [C] Trust Indenture and Security Agreement, each dated the date of the Indenture and among the Company, the Guarantor and the Trustee. App - 4
Other Indentures means the Junior Subordinated Indenture dated as of August 2, 2006 and the Junior Subordinated Indenture dated as of October 27, 2006, in each case, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Other Indentures means the 8.80% Indenture, the 9% Indenture, the 9¼% Indenture, the 9½% Indenture, the 10¾% Indenture and the 2002 10¾% Indenture or any other Indenture pursuant to which the Company or Holdings hereafter issues or guarantees senior or subordinated notes or other securities.

More Definitions of Other Indentures

Other Indentures means each of the other four Trust Indenture and Security Agreements entered into (or to be entered into) between the Indenture Trustee and the Company, contemplated to be in form and substance similar to the Indenture, and relating to aircraft similar to the Aircraft which have been purchased (or will be purchased) by the Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which the Company has issued (or intends to issue) notes to the Initial Lender.
