Optioned Target definition

Optioned Target means any Designated Target for which Takeda has exercised the Option.
Optioned Target means a Reserved Target for which Genmab has exercised its option under Section 3.4 below. For purposes of this Agreement, and unless otherwise set forth herein, Optioned Target shall include an Optioned Target Combination, as applicable.
Optioned Target means a Vertex Target for which the Exclusive License Effective Date has occurred.

  • Subject to the remainder of this Section 6.5 (Sales-Based Milestone Payments) and Section 6.6 (Effect of Multispecific Products on Milestone Payments), each Sales-Based Milestone Payment will be payable on an Optioned Target-by-Optioned Target basis, only upon [***] achievement of the corresponding Sales-Based Milestone Event with respect to the applicable Optioned Target, and [***] with respect to such Optioned Target.

More Definitions of Optioned Target

Optioned Target means, with respect to a particular Optioned Compound, the Collaboration Target Modulated by such Optioned Compound.
Optioned Target has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Optioned Target means any Proposed Target that is not an Excluded Target and becomes the subject of an Option granted by ImmunoGen pursuant to Section 2.2.1.
Optioned Target means any Selected Target designated pursuant to Section 2.1.3, any Replacement Target designated pursuant to Section 2.2.3 and any Additional Target designated pursuant to Section 2.5.
Optioned Target means (a) β-Klotho/FGFR1c and (b) with respect to a particular Optioned Compound, the Collaboration Target Modulated by such Optioned Compound.
Optioned Target means, for each Option Product, the human gene that is intended to be targeted by the Option Product.

  • Sanctioned Target means any target of Sanctions, including: (a) Persons on any list of targets identified or designated pursuant to any Sanctions, (b) Persons, countries, or territories that are the target of any territorial or country-based Sanctions program, (c) Persons that are a target of Sanctions due to their ownership or control by any Sanctioned Target(s), or (d) otherwise a target of Sanctions, including vessels and aircraft, that are designated under any Sanctions program.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Back-Up Compound means, with reference to any particular Development Candidate or Drug Product Candidate, a Compound which (a) has the same principal mode of action (i.e., Potentiator or Corrector) as that Development Candidate or Drug Product Candidate; and (b) was among the group of Compounds, identified by VERTEX as potential additional lead molecules having the same principal mode of action, from which the Development Candidate was selected.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Product Candidate means each of MYO-101, MYO-102, MYO-103, MYO-201 and MYO-301, as defined on Exhibit B, in each case in any form or formulation.

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.

  • Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • continuing candidate means any candidate not deemed to be elected, and not excluded,

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Position indicating device means a device on dental X-ray equipment used to indicate the beam position and to establish a definite source-surface (skin) distance. It may or may not incorporate or serve as a beam-limiting device.
