Additional Target definition

Additional Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

Additional Target is defined in Section 2.1.6.

More Definitions of Additional Target

Additional Target shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

Additional Target each of up to four (4) targets (other than the Initial Target) for which Spark has exercised an Option and paid the applicable Option Exercise Payment.
