Reserved Target definition

Reserved Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(d).

Examples of Reserved Target in a sentence

• In order to reserve a Reserved Target, the Company must provide a target reservation notice to Acuitas and must pay a target reservation and maintenance fee of $0.1 million per target per contract year.

• Under the Development and Option Agreement, the Company is required to maintain at least one Reserved Target.

• Under the Development and Option Agreement, the Company has the right to exercise a license option to develop and commercialize one or more therapeutic products relating to each Reserved Target.

More Definitions of Reserved Target

Reserved Target means a Target with respect to which Verve shall have delivered to the Escrow Agent a Target Notice and that is deemed to be added to the Reserved Target List in accordance with Section 4.2(d)(ii). A Target that is removed from or replaced on the Reserved Target List pursuant to Section 4.2 will no longer be deemed a Reserved Target. For avoidance of doubt, the term Reserved Target includes all variants of such Target set forth within the definition of Target.

Reserved Target has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.

Reserved Target means any Target designated as a Reserved Target pursuant to Section 2.1.2 or 2.1.3 of this Agreement, including the Initial Reserved Targets.

Reserved Target means those targets identified in Exhibit A as “Reserved Targets.”

Reserved Target shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1 below. For purposes of this Agreement, and unless otherwise set forth herein, Reserved Target shall include a Reserved Target Combination, as applicable.
