Operating Conditions definition

Operating Conditions means any modification, test or scheduled or unscheduled repair to the Company's distribution system which in the Company's discretion is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Company's distribution system or to provide for the safety of the Company or the public.
Operating Conditions means the prevailing conditions on the Company’s system as they relate to conditions under which Piedmont is providing or attempting to provide service, including the impact of any modifications, tests or scheduled or unscheduled repairs to the Company's distribution system, which in the Company’s discretion are necessary or appropriate to maintain the integrity of the Company's distribution system or to provide for the safety of the Company or the public.
Operating Conditions means, in relation to the Facility, the minimum conditions that are required in order to ensure the due performance of the relevant Facility to promote tourism in the area.

  • Under Normal Operating Conditions, telephone answer time by a customer representative, including wait time, shall not exceed thirty (30) seconds when the connection is made.

More Definitions of Operating Conditions

Operating Conditions means the necessity to make modifications, tests or repairs to Transporter's pipeline system. Transporter shall exercise reasonable diligence to schedule maintenance so as to minimize disruption of service to Shipper and shall provide reasonable notice of the same.
Operating Conditions means, in relation to a Regional MSW Facility, the minimum conditions that are required in order to ensure the due performance of the Regional MSW Facility.
