Examples of Non-Renewal Notice in a sentence
In the event the Company provides you with a notice of non-renewal of the “Employment Term” (as defined in your Employment Agreement) (the “Non-Renewal Notice”), then, in accordance with, and subject to, the terms of Section 6(g) and 8(e)(ii) of your Employment Agreement, such Non-Renewal Notice will be treated as a Termination of Service by the Company without Cause for purposes of this Agreement.
If a Non-Renewal Notice is timely delivered to Executive, this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the then-current Term or Renewal Term.
If a Non-Renewal Notice is provided, the Term shall expire on the fourth anniversary of this Agreement; provided, that the Manager shall continue to be compensated through any Transition Period (if the Company elects to enter into a Transition Period) as set forth in Section 2(d)(ii) hereof.
If Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement terminates at the end of the Term or a Renewal Term and the Bank has provided Executive a Non-Renewal Notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term or Renewal Term, as the case may be, the sole amounts payable under this ARTICLE 8 shall be those Accrued Obligations (as defined in Section 8.1) and any Other Benefits (as defined in Section 8.7) to which he may be entitled.
If Executive's employment is terminated at any time during the Term by the Company without Cause, by the Company's Non-Renewal Notice or by Executive for Good Reason, subject to Section 10(d) of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to: i.
