New Agent definition

New Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.5.
New Agent means an agent who has not completed one full year of sales and service.
New Agent means a village, city or county that has applied for and has been granted agent status for the first time, or a village, city or county that has reapplied for and has been granted agent status after termination of the original agent agreement.
