National Resolution Authorities definition

National Resolution Authorities means a National Resolution Authority as defined in accordance with Article 3(1)(3) of the Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014 establishing uniform rules and a uniform procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of a Single Resolution Mechanism (“SRM”) and a Single Resolution Fund and amending Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 (OJ L 225, 30.7.2014, p. 1) (“SRM Regulation”), and specified in Annex B;
National Resolution Authorities means a National Resolution Authority as defined in accordance with Article 3(1)(3) of SRM Regulation;
National Resolution Authorities means a National Resolution Authority as defined in accordance with Article 3(1)(3) of the SRM Regulation;

  • UK Resolution Authority means the Bank of England or any other public administrative authority having responsibility for the resolution of any UK Financial Institution.

  • education authority means a government department, a local authority as defined in section 579 of the Education Act 1996 (interpretation), a local education authority as defined in section 123 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, an education and library board established under Article 3 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, any body which is a research council for the purposes of the Science and Technology Act 1965 or any analogous government department, authority, board or body, of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any other country outside Great Britain;
