  • Tax Distributions shall be made to the Members on each estimated payment date for taxes and following each tax year equal to the product of (i) the amount of taxable income allocated to such Member and (ii) the applicable tax rate (i.e., the corporate rate with respect to Member A and the individual rate with respect to Member B).
