Manufacturing Services definition

Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

Manufacturing Services means the services performed by Jabil hereunder which shall include but not be limited to manufacturing, testing, configuring, assembling, packaging and/or shipping of the Product, including any Additional Services, all in accordance with the Specifications.

Manufacturing Services means the services performed by Kin Yat hereunder which shall include but not be limited to manufacturing, testing, configuring, assembling, packaging and/or shipping of the Product, and all Reasonable and Customary Support Services, and any Additional Services, all in accordance with the Specifications.

• If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that determination will not impair or affect the validity, Manufacturing Services Agreement legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, because each provision is separate, severable, and distinct.

• If Client rejects Products under Section 6.1 and the deviation is determined to have arisen from Patheon’s failure to provide the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, or Applicable Laws, Patheon will credit Client’s account for Patheon’s invoice price for the defective Products.

More Definitions of Manufacturing Services

Manufacturing Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
