Inspection of financial records (1) The Contractor allows the Project Manager (or other representative of the Employer) to visit its offices and to inspect its financial records in relation to the Works at any time subject to reasonable prior notice; (2) The Contractor uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that a clause Is inserted into any Subcontracts specifically stating that the Project Manager (or other representative of the Employer) is entitled to visit the Subcontractor’s offices and to inspect its financial records in relation to the Works at any time subject to reasonable prior notice.
