Long Distance Services definition

Long Distance Services means: (i) 1+ or 011+ dial access enabling Customer to place outbound long distance calls to anywhere in Canada, the United States and most international destinations; Dial access to Canada and United States long distance directory assistance (1-NPA-555-1212); and (ii) Toll-free call routing services enabling Customer to receive incoming calls originating from anywhere in Canada, the United States and specific international locations.
Long Distance Services means interLATA and intraLATA services provided to End users.
Long Distance Services means communications between two (2) End Users that crosses predetermined local exchange boundaries. For purposes of this Agreement, Long Distance Services are considered to be a subset of Telecommunications Services and may include IntraLATA and InterLATA toll services (e.g., 1+ origination) and Toll Free Services.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

Directory Assistance Service includes, where available, the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. "Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
