Every year we have a few days that students are too cool or too warm. Moscow weather fluctuates greatly while trying to hold onto our Indian summer. While it is a beautiful time of year, the weather can be very unpredictable; 80 degrees today and 50 degrees tomorrow. This does not last long and as soon as the weather settles the heat will be turned on or off, depending on the time of year. It is very hard to please every student, as some like it cool all of the time and some like it warm all of the time. Temperature in LLC rooms Air cooling and heating is available seasonally from central steam plant. Shoulder seasons in spring and fall may not have the level of control indicated by thermostat setting. You will also be subject to the Moscow weather. Heat is available only when the central plant system is on and your cooling is available only when the central plant system is on.
