Licensed family child care home definition

Licensed family child care home means child care provided in the home of a provider who is licensed by the department to care for up to six children.
Licensed family child care home means a home licensed by the department for children and families that provides child-care services for up to 12 children in the residence of the licensee, and the licensee is one of the primary caregivers.
