care home means a residential complex that is occupied or intended to be occupied by persons for the purpose of receiving care services, whether or not receiving the services is the primary purpose of the occupancy; (“maison de soins”)
care home means premises at which a “care home service” within the meaning given by paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016(7) is provided;
care home means an establishment which provides a care home service as defined in paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 20104;
