Key Details means the part of the Agreement identified as the "Key Details". Law means Commonwealth and State legislation including regulations, by–laws or other subordinate legislation, common law and equity, requirements of Authorities and Approvals, and guidelines of the Commonwealth, State and local governments and Authorities. Login Information means the username and password which is used by a Provider to access the Service.
Key Details means the details provided in Section I of this Bid Document;
Key Details means the section of this agreement headed Key Details. Land means Part Folio Identifiers 207/1244807, 208/1244807, 210/1244807 and 211/1244807 as defined in the Lease. Lease means the lease between oOh!media Assets Pty Limited (ABN 63 103 552 414) (as tenant) and Xxxxxx Xxxxx (as landlord) dated 7 March 2014, being registered dealing AI443263, as varied by variation of lease dated 28 May 2019, being registered dealing AP293246. Party means a party to this Deed. Related Body Corporate has the same meaning as in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Key Details means the particulars that appear in Schedule 1. Kit of Parts means a catalogue of individual standardised building components, objects or items that, when combined, form sub-assemblies or modules, which are then assembled to create a whole structure. KoP means Kit of Parts. KPI means a key performance indicator used to measure performance and delivery of individual KRAs, as agreed under clause 27.1, set out in a Works Order or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing from time to time. KRA means a key result areas used to measure performance against the Objectives, as agreed under clause 27.1or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing from time to time.

Personal Information is defined in the Privacy Laws. Personnel means officers, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors engaged by each party (but does not include the other party) (and for the avoidance of doubt, in the case of RHC, excludes the Consultant and any other consultants using the Service). Platform means the hardware, software, equipment and network infrastructure necessary to host and provide the Service.
