relevant Minister definition

relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;
relevant Minister. ’ means either the Minister or the Minister of Labour as indicated by the context;
relevant Minister means, in relation to a relevant regulator, the Minister of the Government who performs functions in connection with that relevant regulator;
