Industrial Product definition

Industrial Product means Regulated Product delivered to a Breaker or Regulated Product designated by the Board as industrial product.
Industrial Product means a Licensed Product that is (a) a raw material for construction, textiles, or industrial applications (e.g. biomaterials, biofeedstocks, alternative raw materials), (b) a plant or plant part that produces or is used as a product described in (a), or (c) germplasm, seeds or other plant-derived material capable of propagating a plant described in (b). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Industrial Product shall not include any Animal Health Product or Human Health Product.
Industrial Product means any hardware product, software product, or combination of hardware and software that provides Haptic Capability to the extent used in an industrial application, such as a haptic control knob or a touchscreen that provides tactile feedback to the user. Hardware or software whose primary function is not the delivery of one of the foregoing functions is not an Industrial Product. Products, including hardware and software, that the Sony Entities use solely internally in their business, or provide to third parties to use solely for development of Licensed Products, or the tools for development of Licensed Products, pursuant to the rights granted in Section 2.1(c) below, are not Industrial Products. Industrial Products are not Adult Products, Consumer Products, Foundry Products, Medical Products, Automotive Products, Mobility Products or Gambling Products, and are not in the Gaming Field of Use.

Industrial Product means any article, device or composition, (a) for the monitoring of the presence or absence of or measuring the concentration or level(s) of an ANALYTE(S) in a sample, substance, or liquid, where such sample, substance, or liquid comes from a non-human or is derived from a non-human sample, and (b) which is not a RESEARCH PRODUCT or DIAGNOSTIC PRODUCT, the manufacture, use, or sale of which, in whole or in part, absent the licenses granted hereunder would infringe, or is covered by, one or more CLAIMS of PATENT RIGHTS.
Industrial Product means a nondrug, noncon- trolled finished product that is not for human consump- tion.
Industrial Product means eggs surplus to the shell egg table market in the Province of Prince Edward Island that may be utilized for industrial purposes through the Industrial Product Program;
