• Subject to sub-Articles (b) and (c) herein below, the Concessionaire shall not assign this Agreement or the rights, benefits and obligations hereunder save and except with prior written consent of the Hospital Authority.

More Definitions of Hospital Authority

Hospital Authority means a public body and a body corporate and politic organized under the provisions of this Part.
