Global Note definition

Global Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).

Global Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.

Global Note means a Note in registered global form without interest coupons.

Examples of Global Note in a sentence

• Words and expressions defined or set out in the Conditions and/or the Final Terms shall have the same meaning when used in this Global Note.

• Payments in respect of a Global Note (including principal, premium, if any, interest and Additional Interest) will be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the accounts specified by the Depositary.

• This Global Note is a Permanent Global Note in respect of a duly authorised issue of Notes (the "Notes") of [[Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Issuer")] / [Essity Capital B.V. (the "Issuer") as guaranteed by Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Guarantor")] and having the provisions specified, in the attached Final Terms (the "Final Terms").

• Words and expressions defined in the Conditions shall have the same meanings when used in this Global Note.

• Each Global Note shall represent such of the outstanding Notes as shall be specified therein and shall provide that it shall represent the aggregate amount of outstanding Notes from time to time endorsed thereon and that the aggregate amount of outstanding Notes represented thereby may from time to time be reduced or increased, as appropriate, to reflect exchanges and redemptions.

More Definitions of Global Note

Global Note means a Note that is represented by a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A, registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee, and deposited with the Trustee, as custodian for the Depositary.

Global Note means a Temporary Global Note and/or a Permanent Global Note, as the context may require;

Global Note means a single permanent fully-registered global note in book-entry form, without coupons, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

Global Note means any Note registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, beneficial interests of which are reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a Person maintaining any account with such Depository (directly or as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of such Depository). The Global Note shall include the Rule 144A Global Notes and the Regulation S Global Notes.

Global Note or “Global Notes” means a Note or Notes, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.02 evidencing all or part of a Series of Notes, issued to the Depositary for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depositary or nominee.

Global Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b). “Holder,” as applied to any Note, or other similar terms (but excluding the term “beneficial holder”), shall mean any Person in whose name at the time a particular Note is registered on the Note Register.

Global Note means a Note that contains the paragraph referred to in footnote 1 and the additional schedule referred to in footnote 2 to the form of the Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
