Examples of Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes in a sentence
The (i) Original Notes and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication and (ii) any Additional Notes (if issued as Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes) and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication shall each be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, which is hereby incorporated in and expressly made a part of this Indenture.
