Temporary Global Note definition

Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); and

Temporary Global Note means a Temporary Global Note substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Temporary Global Note) to the Programme Manual; and

Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A or Part C of Schedule 1, as the case may be

Examples of Temporary Global Note in a sentence

• Each replacement Temporary Global Note , Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate delivered hereunder shall bear a unique certificate or (as the case may be) serial number.

• The Issuer hereby authorises and instructs the Fiscal Agent to elect an ICSD to be Common Safekeeper for each issue of an NGN Temporary Global Note or an NGN Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS in relation to which one of the ICSDs must be Common Safekeeper.

• Each Master Temporary Global Note, Master Permanent Global Note and Master Global Registered Note, if any, will be signed manually by or on behalf of the Issuer.

• In the case of an NGN Temporary Global Note or an NGN Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS which has been destroyed by the Common Safekeeper, the Replacement Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of the confirmation of destruction received by it from the Common Safekeeper.

• This Global Note is a Temporary Global Note in respect of a duly authorised issue of Notes (the "Notes") of [[Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Issuer")] / [Essity Capital B.V. (the "Issuer") as guaranteed by Essity Aktiebolag (publ) (the "Guarantor")], and having the provisions specified, in the attached Final Terms (the "Final Terms").

More Definitions of Temporary Global Note

Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A or Part C of Schedule 1, as the case may be;

Temporary Global Note shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.04(b).

Temporary Global Note means a temporary global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms annexed thereto with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s), comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series, issued by the relevant Issuer pursuant to the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) relating to the Programme, the Agency Agreement and these presents; these presents means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any trust deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto and the Notes, the Coupons, the Talons, the Conditions and, unless the context otherwise requires, the Final Terms, all as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions herein or therein contained; Tranche means all Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing);

Temporary Global Note means the temporary global note which will represent the Notes on issue substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2

Temporary Global Note has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
