General Partners definition

General Partners means all such Persons.
General Partners means the Managing General Partner and the Administrative General Partner and "GENERAL PARTNER" means each of them;

Examples of General Partners in a sentence

  • Amendments to this Agreement other than those described in the foregoing sentence may be made only if embodied in an instrument signed by all General Partners and all Limited Partners.

General Partners means D. Rxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Mxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Gymno Corporation, a California corporation, the General Partners of Redwood Mortgage Investors VIII, a limited partnership formed under the California Revised Limited Partnership Act.
General Partners means those persons whose names are set forth in the books and records of the Partnership as being General Partners, and any other Person who becomes a successor or additional General Partner of the Partnership as provided herein.

Sec. 2344, and also includes any meanings given to such terms in any similar state or local statutes, ordinances, regulations or by-laws. In addition, the term Hazardous Material also includes oil and any other substance known to be hazardous.
General Partners means Blackstone Holdings I/II GP Inc., a Delaware corporation, Blackstone Holdings III GP L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and Blackstone Holdings IV GP L.P., a Quebec limited partnership, each in its capacity as a general partner of a Guarantor for so long as such Person shall remain a general partner of any Guarantor, and each other Person that from time to time may be or become a general partner of any Guarantor.
