General Partners definition

General Partners means all such Persons.

General Partners means the Managing General Partner and the Administrative General Partner and "GENERAL PARTNER" means each of them;

Examples of General Partners in a sentence

• Amendments to this Agreement other than those described in the foregoing sentence may be made only if embodied in an instrument signed by all General Partners and all Limited Partners.

• Neither the General Partners nor any of their affiliates nor any officer, agent or employee of the General Partners or any or their affiliates shall be personally liable for the return of any portion of the Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners; the return of these Capital Contributions shall be made solely from assets of the Partnership.

• Upon revaluation of the Partnership’s assets pursuant to this Section 4.5(a), (i) the fair market value of the assets shall be determined by the unanimous agreement of all General Partners and (ii) each Partner’s Capital Account shall be adjusted as if such assets were sold for their fair market values and the Net Income and Net Losses recognized on such sale were allocated to the Partners in accordance with Section 4.1.

• Any Partner may make additional Capital Contributions at any time upon the unanimous consent of all General Partners.

• Such Person shall make such Capital Contribution as all of the General Partners shall determine.

More Definitions of General Partners

General Partners means D. Rxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Mxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Gymno Corporation, a California corporation, the General Partners of Redwood Mortgage Investors VIII, a limited partnership formed under the California Revised Limited Partnership Act.

General Partners means those persons whose names are set forth in the books and records of the Partnership as being General Partners, and any other Person who becomes a successor or additional General Partner of the Partnership as provided herein.

General Partners means the Persons designated as General Partners in Schedule A and any Persons who become General Partners as provided herein, in their capacities as general partners of the Partnership. At any and all times where there is only one General Partner, the term General Partners shall mean such sole General Partner.

Sec. 9601 et seq., as amended, and to the term "radioactive materials" in the context of the Atomic Energy Act, 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2344, and also includes any meanings given to such terms in any similar state or local statutes, ordinances, regulations or by-laws. In addition, the term Hazardous Material also includes oil and any other substance known to be hazardous.

General Partners means Blackstone Holdings I/II GP Inc., a Delaware corporation, Blackstone Holdings III GP L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and Blackstone Holdings IV GP L.P., a Quebec limited partnership, each in its capacity as a general partner of a Guarantor for so long as such Person shall remain a general partner of any Guarantor, and each other Person that from time to time may be or become a general partner of any Guarantor.
