Partners definition

Partners means the General Partners and the Limited Partners, where no distinction is required by the context in which the term is used herein. “Partner” means any one of the Partners.
Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners, their duly admitted successors or assigns or any Person who is a partner of the Partnership at the time of reference thereto.

Partners means, at any time, each person listed as a Partner (including the General Partner) on the books and records of the Partnership, in each case for so long as he, she or it remains a partner of the Partnership as provided hereunder.
