Gas Transportation Agreements definition

Gas Transportation Agreements means, collectively, the contracts or agreements entered into in accordance with the Credit Agreement by, or on behalf of, a Project Owner with a Gas Transporter for the supply of fuel transportation services for a Project.
Gas Transportation Agreements means, collectively, the Albion Gas Transportation Agreement, the Bloomingburg Gas Transportation Agreement and the Linden Gas Transportation Agreement.
Gas Transportation Agreements is defined in Section 2.9.

Gas Transportation Agreements means each Phase 1 FSA (as defined in the Capacity Contracting Agreement) to be entered into by the Borrower and the Gas Transporter in accordance with the Capacity Contracting Agreement.
