Service Agreements definition

Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;

Service Agreements means all the agreements entered into by Target Company and Pledgee, including but not limited to Strategy Consulting Services Agreement and Technical Support Agreement.
