FT Units definition

FT Units has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;
FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company issuable upon the conversion of the FT Subscription Receipts, each of which will be comprised of one FT Share and one Warrant.
FT Units means the flow-through units of the Company offered pursuant to the Offering, each FT Unit consisting of one Flow-Through Share and one FT Unit Warrant.

FT Units means the units of the Company offered for sale under this Prospectus, each unit being comprised of one FT Share and one-half of one FT Warrant.
