Class B Units definition

Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

Class B Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

• No Limited Partner shall Transfer any Interest without strictly complying with the provisions of this Article 6; provided, that the General Partner shall be permitted to assign its Interest as provided in Section 3.7, and the restrictions on transfer set out in this Article 6 shall not apply to the Class B Units held by Xxxxx XxXxxx and TALJ Xxxxxx Developments Ltd.

More Definitions of Class B Units

Class B Units means the Units having the privileges, preferences, and rights specified with respect to “Class B Units” in this Agreement, including those described in Section 7.1(c)(3).

Class B Units has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Class B Units means the Class B Units of Dairy Holdings.

Class B Units means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class B Units in this Agreement.
