Company Units definition

Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Company Units means, collectively, the units of interest in the Company, which are represented by the Company Class A Units, Company Class A-1 Units and Company Class B Units.
Company Units means the Common Units and the Restricted Common Units.

Company Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a)(iii).
Company Units means, collectively, the Company Series A Preferred Units and the Company Common Units.

As to any particular securities constituting Company Units hereunder, such securities shall cease to be Company Units when they have been sold in a Public Sale in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
