Front definition

Front end Load Funds and CDSL Funds may individually or collectively be referred as "Load Funds." Under this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the sale of, and payment for, Load Shares.
Front means the space between the boundary line of a plot abutting the means/ of access/road/street and the building line. Plots facing two or more means of accesses/roads/streets shall be deemed to front on all such means of accesses/roads/streets.
Front and "rear" means the front or rear of the vehicle according to the normal direction of travel and the terms; "forward", "foremost", "rearward" and "rearmost" etc. shall be construed accordingly.
