The Space definition

The Space means the Space within the Exhibition Venue described in the Space Application under “Stand Details.”

The Space refers to the area that has been allocated for customer to place their equipment and / or hardware. In this Agreement, unless expressly indicated otherwise: any references to, Clauses, Schedules, Appendices or Exhibits, in a document means, Clauses, Schedules, Appendices or Exhibits, of that document; headings do not affect the interpretation of this Contract; words in the singular include the plural and vice-versa; words denoting a gender includes all genders; the meaning of a defined expression extends to the expression’s other grammatical forms; “in writing” means a, printed or written document, signed by an authorized representative; a reference to any Law includes that Law as, modified or replaced; a reference to “person” means, an individual, incorporated or unincorporated body, joint venture, association, firm, sole proprietorship, partnership, trust or other legal entity;

The Space means the Space within the Exhibition Venue described in the Space Application under “Stand Details.”1.17 The Space Application means the form onthe reverse side of these terms and conditions.

Examples of The Space in a sentence

• The Space shall refer to that part of the Premises to which the Government has exclusive use, such as Office Area, or other type of Space.

• The Space shall be considered substantially complete only if the Space may be used for its intended purpose, and completion of remaining work will not interfere unreasonably with the Government's enjoyment of the Space.
