Engineering Study definition

Engineering Study means the in-depth, investment-grade report prepared by a Program Ally that analyzes the feasibility of large capital energy efficiency projects including an assessment of GHG savings and project economics, for which funding is requested by the Municipality through an Application;
Engineering Study means a documented investigation with analysis and evaluation of the pertinent information and applicable engineering principles.
Engineering Study and “Engineer’s Report” means the Engineer’s Report for the Western Transportation Development Impact Fee prepared by City staff, dated February 2008; and the Engineer’s Report (Nexus Study) for the Western Transportation Development Impact Fee dated October, 2014, and the Engineer’s Report (Nexus Study) for the Bayfront Transportation Development Impact Fee, both prepared by City staff on file in the office of the City Clerk.
