Manitoba Hydro definition

Manitoba Hydro means the Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board.
Manitoba Hydro has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract; “NorthPoint” has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract; “Purposes” has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Contract;

The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Air kerma means kerma in a given mass of air. The unit used to measure the quantity of air kerma is the Gray (Gy). For X-rays with energies less than 300 kiloelectronvolts (keV), 1 Gray of absorbed dose is delivered by 114 roentgens (R) of exposure.

  • Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.

  • Western means the Board of Trustees of Western Michigan University and the administrative agents of said Board.
