All unvested Restricted Stock Units will be forfeited on the Employment Termination Date if your employment with the Company or a Subsidiary is terminated for Cause.
The Employment Termination Date shall occur (regardless of the reason of termination and whether or not the termination was in breach of applicable labor laws or the Employee’s employment contract, if any) effective as of the date that the Employee is no longer actively providing services and will not be extended by any notice period mandated under applicable law or contractual right.
