Eligible Persons definition

Eligible Persons or “Households” means one or more natural persons or a family who pays 30 percent of their household income toward their monthly rent and is determined by Grantee to be eligible for rental assistance under this Agreement.
Eligible Persons means, with respect to the Plan, those persons who, at the time that an Award is granted, are (i) Employees and all other key personnel, including officers and directors, of the Company or Affiliate, or (ii) Consultants or independent contractors who provide valuable services to the Company or Affiliate as determined by the Committee.
Eligible Persons means one or more natural persons or a family, irrespective of race, creed, national origin, or sex, determined by the Corporation to be of Low Income.

Examples of Eligible Persons in a sentence

  • Clinician" is a Clinician who provides Services to Eligible Persons by or on behalf of Provider.

  • Provider shall (a) meet the highest professional standards and principles applicable to Services provided and (b) such Services shall be provided in a timely manner in accordance with needs of the Eligible Persons receiving such Services.

  • Facility wishes for Provider to provide such Services (as defined below) to Eligible Persons.

  • If the parties cannot come to an agreement on the terms of the Eligible Persons Notice, Provider will be permitted to send notice that complies with all applicable patient termination laws to the Serviced Persons.

  • Provider shall maintain records for all Eligible Persons in accordance with accepted professional standards and practices, and Provider’s records shall be completely and accurately documented and systematically organized.


More Definitions of Eligible Persons

Eligible Persons means one or more natural persons or a family, irrespective of race, creed, national origin, or sex, determined by the Corporation to be of Low Income or Very Low Income, as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.
Eligible Persons or “Households” means one or more natural persons or a family determined by Subrecipient to be earning not more than 120% of the area median income according to the income limits adjusted to family size published annually by Florida Housing.
Eligible Persons means the Manager and officers, directors, advisors, personnel and employees of the Participating Companies and other persons expected to provide significant services (of a type expressly approved by the Committee as covered services for these purposes) to one or more of the Participating Companies. For purposes of the Plan and to the extent consistent with applicable securities law, a provider of significant services (such as a consultant or advisor) to the Company or any other Participating Company shall be deemed to be an Eligible Person, but will be eligible to receive Grants (but in no event Incentive Stock Options), only after a finding by the Committee in its discretion that the value of the services rendered or to be rendered to the Participating Company is at least equal to the value of the Grants being awarded.
Eligible Persons means those persons who are full or part-time employees of the Company or other individuals who perform services for the Company, including, without limitation, directors who are not employees of the Company and consultants and independent contractors who perform services for the Company.
Eligible Persons or “Eligible Households” means one or more natural persons or a family, irrespective of race, creed, national origin or sex, determined by the Agency to be of low or very low income. In determining the income standards of eligible persons for its various programs, the Agency shall take into account the following factors:
