Service Awards definition

Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

More Definitions of Service Awards

Service Awards means such funds as may be awarded by the Court to the Plaintiffs in recognition of their time, effort, and service to the Settlement Class, expended in pursuing the Action and in fulfilling their obligations and responsibilities as the Settlement Class Representatives.
