Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information to the Receiving Party.
Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
public purpose means any of the purposes for which land may be reserved under Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997, and any purpose declared by the Governor pursuant to that Act, by notification in the Government Gazette to be a public purpose within the meaning of that Act;
Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Company Parties by their customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to a Company Party by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.
Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.
