Disclosing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • All Background, Third Party Proprietary and Controlled Government Data provided by Disclosing Party shall be identified in the Annex under which it will be provided.

  • The Receiving Party will maintain in confidence all Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party and will not use such Confidential Information except as expressly permitted herein.

  • The Receiving Party will not disclose, distribute, or disseminate the Confidential Information to any third party, other than its Representatives, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
