Business Purposes. ’ means purposes normally or otherwise reasonably associ- ated with the use of land for business activities, including shops, offices, showrooms, restaurants or similar businesses other than places of instruction, public garages, builder’s yards, scrap yards and industrial activities;
Business Purposes means purposes other than the purposes of a private dwelling; and, for the purposes of this Act, land is used for business purposes if it is not a dwelling-house;

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if the Order so provides, Customer may sublicense its Affiliates (or such of its Affiliates as are specified in the relevant Order) to access and use the Software and use an Appliance, subject to the terms of this Agreement and in particular within the Licensed Capacity and solely for the Customer’s or the authorized Affiliates’ Internal Business Purposes approved by Exasol in writing.

  • Customer may additionally sublicense its authorized consultants, contractors, and agents (“Service Providers”) to access and use the Software solely on Customer’s behalf in connection with providing services to Customer for Customer’s Internal Business Purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Furthermore, the cap above will not be deemed to limit Splunk’s right to recover amounts for your use of an Offering in excess of the Capacity purchased or use outside of Internal Business Purposes.

  • You have the nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable and nonsublicensable right, subject to payment of applicable Fees and compliance with the terms of these General Terms, to use your Purchased Offerings for your Internal Business Purposes during the Term and up to the Capacity purchased.

  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Exasol grants to Customer a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable at will, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license during the applicable Term to install and use the Software, within the Licensed Capacity, solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purposes (“Free Software License”).

Business Purposes means accessing the Yardi Cloud to use the Licensed Programs and Yardi Cloud Services for Client’s property management and accounting, and related business pur- poses.
