Directive Letter definition

Directive Letter means a letter directing DB Contractor’s performance of the Work that meets the requirements set forth in Section 4.5.2.1.

Examples of Directive Letter in a sentence

  • To the extent that DB Contractor undertakes any efforts outside of the scope of the Maintenance Services, unless DB Contractor has received a Directive Letter or Change Order signed by TxDOT to undertake such efforts, DB Contractor shall be deemed to have undertaken the extra work voluntarily and shall not be entitled to a Change Order in connection therewith.

  • The Directive Letter will describe the Maintenance Services in question and may state the basis for determining compensation, if any.
