Payment Instruction definition

Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

Payment Instruction means an Instruction to pay money or otherwise to debit or credit any of the Accounts with any amount;

Examples of Payment Instruction in a sentence

• Our ability to stop a Payment Instruction or recover funds associated with an unauthorized Payment Instruction will depend on the manner in which the Payment Instruction was initiated, and whether the Payment Instruction to the Receiver’s Eligible Transaction Account has begun processing.

• You agree that you as a Sender will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a Receiver’s decision to accept or not to accept a Payment Instruction initiated or attempted through the Service.

• When a Sender initiates a Payment Instruction, the Receiver is not required to accept the payment.

More Definitions of Payment Instruction

Payment Instruction means an instruction substantially in the form of Exhibit A, or such other form as the Issuer may determine, as the same may be supplemented as set forth in the related Indenture Supplement.
