Development Data definition

Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.
Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.
Development Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).

Examples of Development Data in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 9.1, all Development Data shall be deemed as Confidential Information of Acer.

  • During the Term, each Party will promptly inform the other of any infringement of any claims in the Acer Technology or the misuse, misappropriation, theft or breach of confidence of other proprietary rights in the Acer Technology or any Development Data by a Third Party (“Infringement”).

  • If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Relief shall, for a period of ninety (90) days following the effective date of such termination and upon Acer’s request, provide Acer access to and transfer all Development Data in its possession to Acer as of the effective date of such termination.

  • Elevai, shall, at no charge to MOA, as permitted under Applicable Laws, provide MOA with a summary of all Elevai Product Data not previously transferred under this Section 7.4 (Development Data).

  • For avoidance of doubt, as between the Parties and subject to the Acer Technology License and the Acer Sublicense, Acer is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest in and to all Acer Patents, Acer Know-How and Development Data, and all intellectual property rights (including patent, copyright, trade secret and application of patent) therein, including any and all existing or future rights, whether patentable or not.


More Definitions of Development Data

Development Data means, with respect to clinical trials and other development work conducted on a Product, all data, results, information and other Know-How generated from or related to such clinical trials and development work, including preclinical, non-clinical and clinical data, reports and information, protocols, statistical analysis plans, methods, and Batch Records for all Products used in such work.

Development Data means all chemistry, manufacturing and control, preclinical and clinical data including, without limitation, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic, pharmaceutical development and toxicological data, on the Product (including placebo), including any of the foregoing arising from post registration studies, that is generated at any time during the Term of this Agreement by or for either Party and their Affiliates or any of Rhythm’s licensees or sub-licensees.
Development Data means all non-clinical and clinical data (including raw data, analyses and reports), including pharmacological, pharmaceutical, pharmacokinetic and toxicological data, relating to either API or Product that is Controlled at any time during the term of this Agreement by either Party or their Affiliates, including all such data generated by a CRO for a Party.
Development Data means: (i) CMC Development data (including records of Manufactured batches); (ii) any non-clinical or clinical findings, results and other research data relating to the Products, in any format; and (iii) the formal reports of preclinical toxicology studies and Clinical Studies, such data in each case of (i), (ii) and (iii) required for the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of the Products, including but not limited to, INDs and other regulatory filings and registration dossiers.
Development Data means any data, information or know-how resulting from or relating to the research and development of the Sublicensed Subject Matter or Sublicensed Products. For the purposes of Section 5.1 of this Agreement, Development Data of WPD includes any data, information or know-how resulting from or relating to the research and development of the Sublicensed Subject Matter or Sublicensed Products in the possession or control of MBI or any of its employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates.
