Project Data definition

Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

• CURAGEN shall promptly provide GENENTECH with a description of Project Data Sets from completed Research Projects.

• Each Party shall keep the RC fully informed about the status of the portions of the Research Program they respectively perform including, without limitation, summaries of their direct uses of the Project Data itself for so long as GENENTECH shall have an option to license such Project Data hereunder.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, GENENTECH may request such an Option from Project Data Sets after expiration of the Exclusive Evaluation Period, which Option shall be granted by CURAGEN upon payment of the Option Fee specified in Section 7.2, unless prohibited by written agreements with third parties.

More Definitions of Project Data

Project Data means all proprietary data of the PROJECT generated out of PROJECT operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data in the context of providing the Services to the users in accordance with the requirements of the RFP.

Project Data. Data that is first produced in the performance of this Agreement by the Principal investigator or the University’s project personnel. Project Data does not include a researcher’s laboratory notebook, but does include Project Data contained therein.

Project Data means all information obtained from the processing of GENENTECH Proprietary Material in a particular Research Project, including QC data, expression data, xxxxxxxx xxxx and any other information obtained or generated by CURAGEN in the performance of the Research Project relating to such Licensed Clone.

Project Data means: all Design Data; all drawings, reports, documents, plans, software, formulae, calculations and other data relating to the provision of the Services; and any other materials, documents and or data acquired, brought into existence or used in relation to the Project Operations or this Agreement;
